Those following Simon's libel case brought by the British Chiropractic Association may be aware that the preliminary hearing was today. There was hope amongst skeptics that the case would be dismissed, however, the court found that Simon's comments were not simply comment but were defamatory. Simon is going to appeal this decision, but the issue will return to court later this year. Simon must pay the BCAs costs for this first hearing.
